“Get Me Some of That” singer Thomas Rhett says “Growin’ up we always had a fake Christmas tree and (my wife Lauren’s) family always had a real one, therefore we will continue to always have a real one, ‘cause that’s what she likes.  Christmas is like a religion to Lauren, she loves Christmas.”   Fortunately they agree on the tradition of opening gifts on Christmas Eve and having stockings.  But other than that Thomas says, “Tradition wise, there’s nothing that we do that’s out of the ordinary from really any other family. We travel a bunch and we eat on Christmas Day with family and usually have some kind of Christmas Eve party, but that’s about it.”
