NASHVILLE, TN (September 5, 2025) – PLATINUM-selling singer/songwriter Jackson Dean is putting his heart on the line and his charm to the test in his cheeky new track “Make A Liar,” out today via Big Machine Records. At first, Dean conceals his true desires by presenting his hopes for the future as the opposite of what he wants. Then, safe under a false pretense of indifference, he quickly turns the tables on them, urging the other person to “make a liar” out of him and make all those things a reality. The result of the clever twist is a song that feels like a playful wink coupled with a flirty dare. Written by Dean alongside his frequent collaborator Luke Dick and award-winning songwriter Randy Montana, “Make A Liar” is a bass-heavy, blush-inducing track that underscores Dean’s ability to craft songs that exude charisma and wit.

“‘Make A Liar’ is a cheeky turn of phrase, and the song is a little bundle of stumbling, bumbling fun,” shares Dean. “Seeing the fans’ reaction to this one has been a real treat – I hope they love it!”
Dean released the sultry “Be Your Man” earlier this year, marking the first page of an exciting new chapter for the rising singer/songwriter, expanding to new territory both sonically and lyrically following his September 2024-released sophomore album On The Back Of My Dreams. In addition, his song “Turn On The Lights” is currently being used for T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights 2025 competition.
As his current top 15-and-climbing single “Heavens To Betsy” nears the top 10, Dean is traveling from coast to coast playing various fairs and festivals. On September 13, he will headline ‘Yellowstone’ & ‘Landman’ Creator Taylor Sheridan’s inaugural Bosque Ranch Live concert at his ranch in Weatherford, Texas. In addition, Dean will act as direct support for Lee Brice this fall on select dates of his What You Know About That Tour before bringing his highly successful headlining On The Back Of My Dreams World Tour to Australia and New Zealand. He’ll also join Country star Brad Paisley’s Truck Still Works World Tour as it makes its way through Canada this November and December.

###
ABOUT JACKSON DEAN: With his strong gravel-toned vocals, wayward spirit, intentional songwriting and overall mystique, the fast-rising singer/songwriter Jackson Dean has earned a reputation for his impressive live show and thought-provoking, lyric-driven music. The young talent burst on the scene in 2022 with his atmospheric, musically-forward debut album Greenbroke that featured his PLATINUM debut single, “Don’t Come Lookin’,” which cemented Jackson as the youngest solo male Country artist to reach the top of the charts with a debut, and his GOLD certified follow up single “Fearless (The Echo).” His live show stand out and current Top 15-and-climbing single “Heavens To Betsy” marked the lead track from his “..near-perfect follow-up” (American Songwriter) sophomore album On The Back Of My Dreams, released last fall via Big Machine Records. The textured, experiential body of work is built on transcendental, swelling songs and Dean’s bone-shaking vocal performance, delivered with striking swagger. The demand for Jackson skyrocketed after landing a coveted spot on artist to watch lists by Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and CMT, as well as an ACM New Male Artist of the Year nomination in 2023. A vocalist who thrives on stage (as evident in his Live At The Ryman album), the Maryland native has leaned hard into touring, building a passionate fanbase that connects on a deeper level – both on his headlining runs and as support for superstars including Toby Keith, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Brantley Gilbert, Kane Brown, Brooks & Dunn, Lee Brice, HARDY and Brothers Osborne. Ever evolving and expanding into new territory both sonically and lyrically, Dean released the sultry surrender “Be Your Man” earlier this year, and his track “Turn On The Lights” is currently being used for T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights 2025 competition. He is gearing up to bring his headlining On The Back Of My Dreams World Tour to Australia and New Zealand this fall.
