Noah Schnacky is definitely not afraid of hard work, but he admits that for anybody trying to pursue a career in country music these days, the amount of work that must be done, could be done, and should be done because someone else is probably doing it, is endless. “We’re in a crazy industry right now because there is absolutely no limit to the amount of work you can do,” says Noah.
And it would be so easy for Noah to get overwhelmed and consumed with work because he says, “Anytime you do an extensive amount of work there’s always this thought inside your head – and maybe this is just me – that says, ‘Well, you could have done this better, or you could have done this more and you could have given this time. You could have woken up earlier.’ And so, there’s really no limit to that.”
Fortunately, as Noah promotes his debut single, “I’ll Be the One,” he has no shortage of energy and drive and will to work as hard as he has to, but he’s also surrounded by people who can make sure he’s not working himself to death or at least to unhealthy extremes.
