Tim McGraw used to be really into spear fishing when he had Faith Hill owned their own private island down in the Bahamas. Unfortunately, they sold the island and the house they built down there back in 2021, so Tim doesn’t do nearly as much spear fishing, but he still has some great memories, including his deepest catch.

“You know, we used to do our spear fishing trips all the time down to the Bahamas when we had our place down there. And we didn’t do with the spear guns. You had to have the old-fashioned pole spears and no tanks and then be all snorkelin’. My deepest kill was 53 feet, and it was like a big 25-pound hogfish, trying to bring up from 53 feet with shark chasin’ you.”
