“You know, I love music and I love recording songs and finding songs that tell great stories. And I always try to write or find a song that once I record it, I try to record it in a way that suits me and the way that I love to record music. And when people hear it, I hope that they can’t hear anybody else doing it, and that’s the way I try to make music. I enjoy the process. I enjoy being in the studio with the guys creating something special, and I don’t know that I’ll ever get tired of that. You know, I always talk to the guys when we were in the studio, and we always laugh that we were doing this when we were 17 years old in a garage, and now we’re getting to do it with great music, great musicians, and great equipment, and still having the same amount of fun that we were having then.”
