(AUDIO) Thomas Rhett Wants Fans To Take Away Moments From His Live Shows

Thomas Rhett is currently opening for Florida Georgia Line on their Anything Goes Tour, and he knows that when a powerhouse show like theirs is coming behind him, he has to bring his best performance night after night to make sure he gets the crowd pumped up for them. “My job, as an opener is to get people on their feet before FGL comes out there, and so watchin’ those guys perform every night definitely warrants me to bring my A-Game and always do somethin’ different every night, and always do my best to try to pump up the crowd and just give ‘em specific moments.”

While Thomas knows a lot of the fans are coming to the shows specifically to see Florida Georgia Line, he says, “I think shows are made of moments and you go to an FGL show you leave with a bunch of memories and I hope people do the same thing for my show.”

Chances are, one of the moments fans will remember is Thomas singing his unique and upbeat new single, “Crash and Burn,” which is the first release off his forthcoming album, Tangled Up, available September 25th.
