Earlier this year, Thomas Rhett teamed up with SNAP Fitness and he invited fans to participate in several boot camps he set up across the country with him and his personal trainer, and Thomas says, “It’s been really cool. You know, especially watching all the fans when they show up to these boot camps that we do. You know, they’re coming up to me during these boot camps and asking “How long have you worked out?” and “How hard was it to start eating healthy?” It’s just nice to get their brains working, because it really is hard, but it is easier than you would think it would be.”
Thomas is dedicated to maintaining his fitness and he says, “It just takes a little bit of discipline to get your body back to where it needs to be. So it’s nice to be kinda on the forefront of encouraging fans to not just come meet me, but really understand how working out has become a lifestyle of mine and how much better I feel when I wake up.”
Thomas has to stay in tip top shape to maintain his touring schedule and to put on the kind of high energy shows he delivers every night. He just wrapped up the Jason Aldean tour, and early next year he’ll kick off his own headlining tour to support his new Tangled Up Deluxe album that comes out on October 28th, featuring his brand new single, “Star of the Show.”
