Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren have been married for 15 months and he says that although they didn’t live together before they were married, thankfully there were no major shockers between them when they finally shared a home because they had known each other for so long. However, he has had to work on one of his bad habits to try and maintain harmony in the house. The “Get Me Some of That” singer admits, “I leave my clothes everywhere on the floor and she gets really upset about that. Lauren is a very organized human being, where I am not organized in the slightest. And so that’s been a big adjustment … definitely trying to figure out the other’s habits.”

Lauren won’t have to worry about picking up after Thomas soon because he’s about to be on the road non-stop through the summer. He’ll be hitting the road with Brantley Gilbert later this month and then he’ll play the fair and festival circuit throughout the summer.

And so that’s been a big adjustment. We’ve known each other and been such good friends for so long that we haven’t had that many shockers, as far as living together.”
