All three members of Rascal Flatts are dads.  Gary LeVox has two daughters, Brooklyn and Brittany. Jay DeMarcus has a daughter and a son, Madeline and Dylan, and Joe Don Rooney also has a daughter and a son, Raquel and Jagger. And when Jay thinks about everything that Rascal Flatts has accomplished in their career, and all the accolades and awards they’ve received, they all pale in comparison to the pride he has about being a dad.

Jay DeMarcus – “There is a lot about my father that I will always cherish and love. And I have tried my best since I’ve brought kids into this world … I missed so much time with my father. I’ve tried to be the kind of father that I wished I would have had through all of those missing years. And it’s an amazing thing to bring children into this world and live for something else other than yourself. It changes your whole perspective. And so, I am so proud of everything we’ve been able to accomplish in our careers, and there’s so much I can look at in my life and go, I never deserved that. And I’ve been blessed far beyond measure, but the one thing I feel like that I’ve done that is the best thing in my life is be a father to Madeline and Dylan.”
