“I have such a special dad, and he has shaped so much of my worldview and my thoughts, and he’s just literally one of the wisest men that I know. Growing up as the only girl and as the baby of the family, I am definitely a daddy’s girl. I have such a mix of my parents’ personalities, but I am definitely the most like my dad. We’re very outgoing and we like to host and we like bougie things sometimes, but sometimes. But we also really care about people, and there’s so many just like incredible things that he’s instilled in me and my brother’s a whole life, even back to the point of telling me that I had to write songs to get to town.”
