When Jackson Dean was making his latest album, On the Back of My Deams, featuring his current hit single, “Heavens to Betsy,” he was very intentional about creating music that was deeply personal to him, but also left plenty of space for the listener to make the songs their own.

These are written in a way for the listener to put themselves into the song and see what they need to see and feel what they need to feel with it.
