Tim McGraw is one of the fittest guys in country music, and he looks like he never takes a day off from working out, but Tim says days off and cheat days are part of his regimen, he just makes sure he plans accordingly for them.

“Yeah, I mean, you gotta have one day of recovery. Sometimes I don’t take a day off because I know that there’s some time coming up where I’ll be forced to have a couple of days off, but you gotta allow yourself a cheat day every now and then. Once a month or so is not too bad. If I get a chance to have a cheeseburger or a chili dog every now and then, I’m gonna have one. My favorite probably is pot roast and rice and gravy and peas and cornbread. But I try to earn it on that day. So, if I know I’m gonna have a cheeseburger or a chili dog, I try to put a little extra work in. But I love my cheat days and I love a day off every now and then and just sort of binge watch somethin’ on TV.”
