Eric Close, who plays Teddy Conrad on ABC’s Nashville, is from Los Angeles, but he spends a lot of time in Nashville these days because of the show and he has grown to love it for several reasons. “My favorite thing about Nashville is, I wanna say, the people. I’ve been a lot of places in the world to work and live and I really never felt more welcome in this city, just by people in general. That’s a big thing.” He’s also impressed with the way Nashville is growing as a city and of course, he loves the music. “You can go out any night of the week and see all kinds of different venues and different types of music. Those, I would say, are the three things: I love the people; the growth of the city and the access to all the music and history of it.” You can see Nashville every Wednesday night at 10p ET/9pm CT on ABC.

Eric Close – favorite thing about Nashville :38
“My favorite thing about Nashville is, I wanna say, the people. I’ve been a lot of places in the world to work and live and I really never felt more welcome in this city, just by people in general. That’s a big thing. And I also love the fact right now that the city is really thriving and growing. And then, or course, there’s nothing like Nashville and it’s music. You can go out any night of the week and see all kinds of different venues and different types of music. Those, I would say, are the three things: I love the people; the growth of the city and the access to all the music and history of it.”
