debut single: “NO TELLIN’”

Caroline Jones has been building and pursuing her solo music career for decades. She started taking singing lessons when she was nine and wrote her first song when she was ten. She released her debut solo album in 2011, so it was kind of a surprise to everybody, including herself, when she announced in November 2022 that she was also now a permanent, full-time member of the Zac Brown Band.

“Well, I started out opening for them. So, I opened for them for three years, and then I joined the band after the pandemic. And I was as surprised as anyone to get the call from Zac, you know. And it was organic. I started out, I went out with them for a tour in the band,  and then just slowly I kept getting invited back. And I can’t tell you how honored I feel to be in the Zac Brown Band. If you had told me that 10 years ago, I mean, my younger self as a fan would never have believed you. So, I feel honored to be invited into a family and to be trusted cause they’re very tight-knit and they’re a brotherhood. And they’re like my brothers now.”
