On this week’s episode of Nashville, Will Lexington, who is dealing with his own personal issues of trying to keep his homosexuality in the closet, will hit the town with Luke Wheeler, who was just jilted by Rayna James on the day of their wedding, and Gunnar Scott who just learned that his long-lost son is actually his nephew. If it sounds like a recipe for disaster, it could be.
Chris Carmack, who plays Will, says, “You’ve got Luke Wheeler, who is essentially (Will’s) boss, the headliner who is bringing him out on the road, who just got left at the altar, basically. There’s nothing more self-destructive than somebody just out of a relationship with heartbreak. So you’ve got his boss who is ready to self-destruct, and him who’s finally making choices to not self-destruct, and Gunnar caught somewhere in the middle, in downtown Nashville. So you’ve got a pretty dangerous combination.”
To find out how it all unfolds and the fall out of their night out, tune into Nashville this Wednesday night on ABC at 10p ET/9pm CT.
