Mackenzie Carpenter has such respect and appreciation for the artists, and particularly the women, who have come before her in country music and opened doors and blazed trails and set examples of how to build an incredible career.  But she’s also grateful that we live in a time where there isn’t just one formula for a successful music career, so she can forge her own path.
