“I’m the turkey guy. Yep. I either will smoke two turkeys or I’ll fry two turkeys. So, I’ve kind of always been in charge of … I’m actually forever in charge of the meat. Like even when I’m cooking dinner for just me and my family, I’ll come home and I’ll put dinner on the table, and Lauren’s like, ‘Is this all we’re having?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah.’ She’s like, ‘Do you want to do any sides or veg…?’ I’m like, ‘I don’t mess with sides.’ Like, I’m strictly the steak, hamburger, turkey guy, and I rely on everyone else to do sides and the things that are actually healthy for you. So, that is my role at Thanksgiving.”
