current single: “PAPER UMBRELLAS” featuring Parker McCollum
A lot of people will be firing up the grill for their 4th of July celebrations. If you’re thinking about grilling ribs, Tim McGraw shared his secret recipe for dry rub ribs a few years ago, which includes brown sugar, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, lots of salt and some pepper, and very finely ground espresso beans. Some people were surprised he gave up his secret recipe, but Tim says, truth be told, he may not have given it up entirely.

“Well, you know, I didn’t give every ingredient. There’s a few other things I didn’t throw in there that you’ll have to figure out for yourself. You’ll have to experiment a little bit and find out what makes it perfect. But it’s really good. The key is puttin’ it on the night before and then puttin’ it in the fridge and then leaving it out for three or four hours before you cook it.”
