(AUDIO) Thomas Rhett Would Love To Get More Involved In Raising Money For Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals

Last weekend, Thomas Rhett was one of the performers at Dierks Bentley’s 10th Annual Miles & Music for Kids benefit concert in Nashville. Thomas says when Dierks asked him to play the 10th anniversary concert it was a no-brainer. “If you ask anybody in town they’re gonna tell you that Dierks is probably their favorite person in the industry. He’s asked me to do it the last couple years and I’ve always had shows to play, so I couldn’t be a part of it, but this year I was off, so I was really excited to be a part of such a great thing.”

Thomas says what makes it a great event is knowing that the money raised in Nashville goes to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. He says, “All the money that’s been raised over the last 10 years is truly phenomenal. So, hopefully we can grow from the Ascend (Amphitheater) and go to a stadium one day and just make a bunch of money for this thing.”

Thomas’ sophomore album, Tangled Up, is out now, featuring his latest single, and most likely his next #1 hit, “Die A Happy Man.”
