Waterloo Revival’s new single, “Bad For You,” is a fun, uptempo song about a guy who will do just about anything for a girl he’s really into. They love performing it live, but they admit there have been some awkward situations with the song.
The guys have been on radio tour, which means they have been traveling around the country visiting radio stations and sharing some of their music. Sometimes when they go to a station, they’ll sit in a conference room with the program director and play some of their music. George Birge laughs and says, “So a lot a times it’ll be us in a conference room singin’ that we’ve got it bad for the one guy sitting across from us at the table. So, that could be pretty interesting.”
Fortunately when they perform, there is usually more than just one guy in the audience, so, “Bad for You,” goes over a lot less awkwardly.

Waterloo Revival – Bad for You awkward :29
George Birge – “We tour the country. They call it a radio tour. We go to every radio station and say, ‘Hey, we’re a brand new band, we’re called Waterloo Revival, this is our music, nice to meet you’, and a lot of the times they will put you in a conference room and it’s like you and one program director, who is the person that makes decisions on what kinda music goes on to the radio station, so a lot a times it’ll be us in a conference room singin’ that we’ve got it bad for the one guy sitting across from us at the table. [laughs] So, that could be pretty interesting.”
