(AUDIO) Waterloo Revival Requires Lots of Coffee On The Road

As Waterloo Revival travels the country performing shows and promoting their debut single, “Hit the Road,” they say one thing they require to make it through their days is coffee, lots of coffee. Cody Cooper says he and George Birge “are both caffeine fiends. We drink a lot of coffee, usually two to three cups a day and we love coffee, it’s definitely a must when it comes for the roads.”

Besides coffee, Cody says, “We always have our road snacks. Usually we do jerky and trail mix or almonds, or something like that. Always at least at one point on a trip we’ll work in some sort of junk food, like a Butterfinger or somethin’ like that.”

Waterloo Revival will be traveling the country throughout the summer, including a performance on the Belk Park Stage at this week’s CMA Music Festival in Nashville. You can see a complete list of their tour dates here.

Waterloo Revival – road must haves Cody :51
Cody Cooper – “I think George and I are very much on the same page with this one, in that we are both caffeine fiends. We drink a lot of coffee, usually two to three cups a day and we love coffee, it’s definitely a must when it comes for the roads. I use it daily, even on weekends, but it’s definitely something that kinda puts me at home and feels great when I’m on the road, if I can have a great cup a coffee. In addition to that, we always have our road snacks. Usually we do jerky and trail mix or almonds, or something like that. Always at least at one point on a trip we’ll work in some sort of junk food, like a Butterfinger or somethin’ like that. I know I’m a big sucker for a great neck pillow. It’s amazing how much they come in handy and that’s pretty much my life saver, when it comes to being on the road.”
